These classes combine Hatha Yoga with Myoskeletal Alignment. Each session focuses on strengthening, mobility, balance and core; with very little emphasis on passive stretching. In every class you will:
Learn more about how your body works.
Grow your understanding on how things should move properly.
Feel yourself getting stronger as you transition your body through movement in space.
Find your inner warrior, your inner ninja and your inner peace.
Connect with your breath.
Finish the class relaxation and meditation.
Oh, and we have a lot of fun :)

PKT is like a combination of physiotherapy rehabilitation exercises and personal training but is taught in a class setting. Level One (Mobility) is for people in pain who want to get back to the basics of how to move properly. Some goals include:
Getting up and down off the floor.
Shoulder and hip mobility.
Engaging the core.
Retraining the head to sit back on the neck.
We take six weeks to learn a 30-minute routine that participants can continue do at home to keep better movement in their years to come.
$60 for repeat participants.
$90 for new participants - includes a manual.
