MYoga

These classes combine Hatha Yoga with Myoskeletal Alignment.  The classes are based on strengthening, mobility, balance and core; with very little emphasis on passive stretching.  You will learn more about how your body works; you will grow your understanding on how things should line up and move properly; you will feel yourself getting stronger as you transition your body through movement in space; you will find your inner warrior, your inner ninja and your inner peace; you will connect with your breath; and then you will finish the class relaxation and meditation.  Oh, and we have a lot of fun :)

PhysioKinetix (PKT)

PKT is like a combination of physiotherapy rehabilitation exercises and personal training but can be taught in a class setting. Level One is really aimed at three main categories of people: People in pain; people who have dysfunction; and people who don't want to walk into a gym but want to do something to start feeling more mobile and active as they head into their later years of life. 

The classes will be held in 8-week sessions and pre-registration is required. $75 for eight weeks.

Strength & Cardio Intervals

This class is a mixed bag of fitness styles, including Tabata, Barre, Circuit Training, Kickboxing, Pilates and Plyometrics​.  Strength training is intervaled with cardio to fatigue muscle groups and increase the heart rate.  Each class is different and the whole body is worked each time.  Participants will feel like they had a badass workout!
